Five steps from first contact to a precise, thorough answer, and to the care that should follow. Every detail handled, every specialist carefully chosen.
It begins before any appointment: a structured clinical intake, with validated questionnaires that record your symptoms and your history in full. Nothing you have lived through is left out of the picture.
We direct you to a gynecologist who specializes in endometriosis. Your intake arrives before you do; the consultation begins with your full picture in hand, and ends with the imaging protocol suited to your case, if imaging is what you need .
Your MRI is performed at a trusted imaging center in the United States, under a protocol calibrated for endometriosis and complex pelvic conditions, and read by physicians who specialize in gynecological imaging.
Radiology services are provided and billed independently by the specialist radiology provider. Some studies at participating centers also evaluate EndomAI by Matricis.ai, an investigational software intended to mark areas of interest for the radiologist's attention. It is not FDA cleared or approved and is used only under an approved research protocol (IRB).
Your results are explained to you during a dedicated session, finding by finding. If endometriosis is confirmed, we guide you to the physicians who should care for you, from surgery to fertility, and we stay until you are in the right hands.

Diagnosis is just the beginning. Endometriosis is a condition to be managed over time, and we help you assemble the team to follow you through it: the specialists suited to your situation, coordinated rather than scattered. Once treatment has begun, a follow-up MRI, compared against your first, lets your physicians see how the disease has responded and whether the chosen approach is working, so the plan can be adjusted while there is still time to adjust it. We stay alongside you for as long as the path requires.
Is this for you?
Endometriosis rarely announces itself clearly. If you recognize yourself in what follows, Geneviève was built for you.

Periods so painful, or so heavy, that you plan your month around them. Days missed at work, painkillers that barely touch it. Perhaps the pain reaches your back or your legs, or lingers long after your period ends. You may have been told this is part of being a woman. Pain at this scale deserves an explanation.
Pain during intimacy that you have learned to work around. Bloating that arrives by evening, digestion that shifts with your cycle. A tiredness that sleep does not repair. Each of these, on its own, is easy to explain away. Together, they form a pattern, and a pattern can be read.
Years of appointments and referrals. Ultrasounds that came back clear, while the pain kept returning. Endometriosis is difficult to see on standard imaging, and its diagnosis takes, on average, seven to ten years. You deserve a precise, thorough answer, delivered with care.
Perhaps you are trying to conceive, or thinking about the years ahead. Endometriosis can affect fertility, and an early answer gives you time. You want to know, with certainty, what is happening in your body.

Geneviève Institute is the patient program of Matricis.ai, a spin-off of Inria and AP-HP. Our team brings together AI researchers, clinicians and pelvic imaging radiologists, working at the intersection of medicine and artificial intelligence to improve the diagnosis of endometriosis and other complex gynecological conditions.
